Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions are regulated in South Africa by the Consumer Protection Act.


A full refund or exchange will be given on products returned provided that the following terms are met:
– Products can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
– Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
– Item must be in the original packaging.
– Item must be accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns are to be couriered/delivered to our office. Once received our team will inspect your return and notify you of receipt thereof, should a courier service have been used.
Purozone CC will arrange for courier collection of your incorrectly supplied or damaged/faulty on arrival items at a time suitable to you.
Courier transport/delivery to our office for items correctly supplied or warrantee claims which are returned by customer will be for the customer’s account.
Refunds will be processed in accordance with tender type and you will receive a credit, within the amount of working days as specified by your banking card/eft policies.
Items will be refunded at the selling price indicated on the invoice. Courier charges are not refundable.
Where returned goods and or the packaging are damaged for reasons to be found due to customer negligence, Purozone CC reserves the right to refuse return of the damaged item or charge a handling/restocking fee of between ten and twenty percent (10% – 20%) of invoice value, which will be deducted from the refund in the event of an exchange.


The Warranty or Guarantee may vary by supplier and product type
All of our products carry a full Manufactures Warranty or Guarantee.
As the Warranty and Guarantee may differ between products and suppliers, please refer to the Manufacturer’s Warranty/Guarantee card for full details.
All Warranties and Guarantees are subject to the product being installed and utilised as indicated and intended by the manufacturer, and are subject to the provision of “reasonable wear and tear”.
Faulty or defective items will be repaired, replaced or refunded according to the manufacturer’s warranty.
Items may be subjected to a pro-rata charge for the period of effective use, calculated from the invoice date.
It is not always possible to determine on-site or in-store if items are damaged/faulty. – Accordingly, Purozone CC reserves the right to refer items/products to the factory or supplier for technical assessment/evaluation prior to repairing replacing or refunding.

Where products are fitted as a permanent installation, Warranties and Guarantees are passed on in the event of the property, providing all terms and conditions are maintained.
Service and Maintenance history is according to manufacturer`s requirements and specifications.


These items may be returned in accordance with the guidelines under Returns, Refunds and Exchanges.
Purozone CC Reserves the right to charge for usage and restocking of products.


Goods being returned will be shipped according to the method of delivery;
– Either by Courier or;
– Returned to the point of collection.

In the event that products are ordered and delivered directly by a Third Party supplier- albeit through Purozone Online. The goods will need to be returned/refunded or exchanged according to the Terms and Conditions of the Third Party Supplier.
Such Terms and Conditions shall at all times be in accordance with Statutory Requirements of the republic of South Africa, and shall not be diminutive to the T&C`s of Purozone CC.


All orders are shipped within 5-7 working days, Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm of orders being placed.


If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.


Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed for the Shipping methods.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges if it is an unusually complicated situation.


If an item goes on back order we will arrange delivery of the part of your order that is in stock.
When the item becomes available we will then deliver the rest of your order.
The customer will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for the second shipment.


The offering on this website is applicable only within the borders of the Republic of South Africa.
